1. Platform Services

Loci provides a platform to connect registered healthcare professionals with hospitals for locum, part-time, and emergency staffing needs. We are a facilitator and are not a party to any employment agreement between professionals and hospitals.

2. User Obligations & Conduct

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws, including regulations set forth by the Medical Council of India (MCI) / National Medical Commission (NMC).
• Ensure that all professional licenses and registrations are valid and in good standing. Hospitals must ensure they are legally registered and compliant.

3. Verification

We may perform a verification process for both professionals and hospitals. However, we do not guarantee the authenticity of any user. Users are responsible for their own due diligence before entering into any professional engagement.

4. Limitation of Liability

Loci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
